Dr. Anamika Mehta completed her medical training at Institute of Medical Sciences, Babaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi in 1997.Her postgraduate training spans more than a decade in premiere institutes of India including BHU, AIIMS, Narayana Hrudayalaya (Bangalore), Madras Medical Mission (Chennai), P D Hinduja Hospital (Mumbai) and Sir HN Hospital (Mumbai).
She has 12 years of experience as Pediatric Cardiologist and has practiced as Consultant Pediatric & Fetal Cardiology in Narayana Hrudayalaya Jaipur and Bangalore facilities.
She is author and co-author of several articles and papers published/ presented at many prestigious journals and conferences.
Dr. Anupam Chaturvedi is Senior Consultant Paediatrics & Neonatology in the Department of Pediatrics. He did his Medical School (MBBS) and M.D. in Pediatrics from JLN Medical College, Ajmer. He has experience of more than 25 years in the field of Pediatrics with the special interest in newborn care.
Prior to joining as Consultant in SDM Hospital, he had worked as Consultant Pediatrics in Amar Jain Hospital Jaipur. He has had specialty training in neonatology from Manipal Medical College and CMC, Vellore.
He was one of the key members in salvaging a 500-gram baby in Santokba Durlabhji Hospital, one of the smallest babies to survive in Rajasthan. He was instrumental in setting up the Neonatal Intensive Care and special care baby unit in Santokba Durlabhji Hospital.
He has been the coordinator of the Postgraduate training program (DNB) in Santokba Durlabhji Hospital and also Secretary of the Scientific Committee in SDM Hospital. Under his guidance, ten postgraduate trainees have successfully completed their research work (Thesis) on various topics related to neonatal care, a prerequisite to awarding of DNB in Pediatrics. He has also published and presented extensively in national forums, especially on issues related to neonatal care.
He is National Neonatal Resuscitation Program Trainer and also Member of NNF India Fellowship Committee. He had also served as Secretary of the Indian Association Pediatrics (IAP), Jaipur Branch.
Dr. Lalit Bharadia has done MBBS (Grant Medical) and MD in Pediatrics (Nair Hospital) from Mumbai. Thereafter he did DNB in Pediatrics and Senior residency in Pediatrics at PGI, Chandigarh.
He subsequently persued Pediatric Gastroenterology and completed 1 year certificate course (PDCC) in Pediatric Gastroenterology from SGPGI, Lucknow and then 1 year fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and liver transplantation from Startship Children Hospital, Auckland, New Zealand.
Dr. Lalit hails from a village in Nagaur and is pionner in the filed of Pediatric Gastroenterology in Rajasthan. Prior to joining SDMH, he has worked at Fortis Escorts Hospital , Jaipur for 9 years. He has 12 indexed journal publications to his credit.
Dr. Rajiv Kumar Bansal is a Senior Consultant & Head of Department of Pediatrics at SDM Hospital. His career in Pediatrics spans more than 28 years.
A College and University Gold Medalist and merit holder, Dr. Bansal also topped the Rajasthan Public Services examination (RPSC) for medical officers. He has more than 40 publications to his credit and has presented papers and chaired sessions at various national and international conferences. He is an invited faculty at various national conferences in India. He has also contributed chapters in various books of pediatrics. He also did an International course on vaccinology (2011) organized by the Incline trust and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
He is in-charge of Thalassemia Unit at SDMH and is trained in Thalassemia at Cyprus and has actively worked in developing awareness and services for Thalassemics at Jaipur.
He has the keen interest in Neonatology, Thalassemia, Pediatric Hematology, Growth and Pediatric Respiratory Diseases.
He had been the ex-President of IAP Jaipur Branch & Rajasthan State Branch of NNF. He has served on the executive boards of IAP Central office, Rajasthan State branch of IAP, Hemet oncology chapter of IAP.
In recognition of services provided by him to Children of Jaipur and beyond, he was awarded Fellowship of Indian Academy of Pediatrics (FIAP) in 2010. In pursuit of knowledge, he has extensively traveled to various parts of the world.
